Quick and simple
When replacing the clutch master cylinder, on the back were the hose connects to the master cylinder, do you just pull it out? or does it screw in/out?

It should just come out with a little wiggling. You'll need the plastic connector to attach the cloth hose back into the master cylinder. Did you take out the seat to do this repair?
