Cetane and Octane arent related then? Sicne Octane means slower burning.
Anyway, really dig the bio. No more rattles, now on the second tank ( around a B50 mix ), and the engine is running cleaner and quieter. Making a mpg measurement as we speak. Have to get a permanent source, or start brewing. Guess the WINGAS plates I graced the car with are no misnomer, that 606 digs the fuel big time. signed, a NEW member of the WNY Biodiesel Cooperative. |

Welcome to the club! Feels good to keep money out of the terrorists pockets w/o any of our troops bloodshed don't it?? Yeah, yeah I know it takes methanol to brew it. Still...... infopop is a great resource. I am brewing for motor fuel AND to heat the house this winter. Don't discount straight wvo with a two tank system. C.
