95 E300D Diesel Purge?
I have read and searched for a method to do the injector cleaning but the 95 does not seem to have the small plastic prebypass filter the earler cars have. What lines do you remove and place in the purge jar and how do you catch the return fuel? I read somewhere that it's too hard on these cars and that the best way is to do it is to remove the main fuel filter and drain all the fuel out of it and refill with diesel purge and then start the car. Repeat untill your out of cleaner.
I also asked but no one responded before, when starting off while making a sharp turn it feels like the rear end is locked up. It also accours when reversing. Starting off straight there is no problem. Any ideas where to start to look? This may have something to do with the electronic traction control.

Your fuel lines are exactly like the 606.912 & 606.962. E300TD diesel purge proceedure solved!
Hook up per this link. Fuel enters the pre-filter (end of that line in DP container) and unsued fuel is returned from the IP to the main filter through the black rubber line entering teh top of the fuel filter housing (disconnect it, add an extension and put it in the DP). Have you checked the gear oil level of your differential so see if it is low?

Ok I read the thread, but no human can get his hands under the intake manifold to disconect that line. I can"t even remove my fuel filter because some gorilla must have put it on. I thought if I could get the filter off I could reach under the bracket and have more room. There is no clearence between the bracket and the filter for a strap wrench, what do you do. It's almost time for the screwdriver through the filter attack.
I have tried to fix 3 things, haven't had this much troubble since I had to take the bumper off my Honda CRX to replace the headlight!

I may be speaking out of turn here but my 603 is similar to the 606. The secondary fuel filter is removed by loosening the bolt on top of the bracket, not with a filter wrench. If I'm way off here I apologize.

You have to disconect the OTHER end of that line which is way under the intake system, then take the line off the lfilter housing and turn it around and extend it with a hose to put in the diesel purge. I can't take off the primary spin on filter it's too tight. Now I understand what others said about having to take the intake off to do anything on this car.

I removed my injectors at 100K and had them tested so I KNOW instead of doing the Double Penetration and making a SWAG. Yes, they felt fine BEFORE i took them out. Why? Because fuel injectors usually do not suddenly screw up. It is such a gradual process. Also, I have a much rougher running car so I cannot notice a slight issue. After they tested them and cleaned one, the wife-o-meter said it was running smoother and with more power. I noticed that there was a slight fuel economy gain.

Did you watch the video???
Here are some more precise instructuions. You are trying to disconnect teh wrong end of teh pre-filter line. Leave the end under the manifold alone. The easiest way to do this is to have an old pre-filter to thermo line (the lil 4" long one) and cut it in half, remove the orig from the top of the prefilter and shove it to the side(leave the other end alnoe) and plug cut off line into the prefilter and add a lenght of hose to the cut off end that is long enough to get into your DP bottle. takes me no more than 5 minutes to set this up and most of that time is spent getting a screw driver and loosening teh clamp on the black line and pulling that line off of its nipple so you can plug the other extension line onto it and get it to the DP bottle. The bolt on the main filter should be loosened a quarter turn or so and then you should be able to grab the filter and spin it off by hand the rest of the way. If you cant do that it is on way to tight. It is no different than an older style spin on oil filter, hand tight or a lil bit more is usually fine.
