Turn Signal not turning off. The cam?
After the completed turn, the cam doesn't catch the turn signal arm to turn it off. Does this mean I need this

That looks right. HAve you removed the steering wheel yet to check the condition of the cancelling cam? I had a Chevy truck where the turn signals would not stay engaged. Turned out to be a bunch ot dead fire ants in the steering column had managed to keep the turn signal stalk from reaching far enough to catch and wait for the cancelling cam to release it. Removong the dead ants also restored the horn operation.

Easy to fix.
Here is an old writeup on it. Turn Signal Switch Unfortunately, it looks like the pictures are dead. You will need to use your imagination.
