Thinking of selling my '78 240D - what is it worth?

Now that I have my SDL painted and back on the road I am thinking of selling my 78 240D, and wanted opinions on what it may be worth.

It has been serviced regulary by my indy since I have had it (oil every 3000 miles, valves adjusted every 15k miled)

I bought the car 3 years ago with 46,000 miles on it, and replaced the following:
New tires (just this spring, only have about 7k on them)
MB front door seals (driver and passenger side)
MB master and slave cylinders on clutch
New window regulator and glass on drivers door
Fuel pickup tube and sending unit
New spedometer cable (old one was making noise and I was afraid it was going to break)

I will list the good, bad and ugly on this car.

The good:
Car only has 81,000 miles.
Does not use any oil between changes if driven only locally. When driven on the interstate (70+ mph) it will use around 1 quart every 1000 miles
AC blows cold
Manual transmission
Manual windows
Manual climate control
All electrical (including clock) works
Car gets an honest 29+ mpg when driven sensibly.

The bad:
The interior is not matched. I have the original seats, but have replaced the drivers seat with one that was not falling apart.
Power door locks do not work (there is a leak and I disconnected them)
The sunroof sometimes sticks when trying to close.

The ugly:
At some point in the cars past, it was hit in the rear end. Whoever made the repair did a really bad job. The car tracks very straight, and the tires do not show any wear, but the repair job is very obvious.

Can you verify the mileage

Sounds like a tough little car but it has potential. How do you for sure it had only 46,000 miles on it when you bought it. It sounds to me like it is using too much oil for an 85,000 mile car.

The only things that I had to go by the milage was the title, and the fact that there was not any wear on the interior of the car (other than the seats).

The oil usage is only when it is driven long distances at speeds over 70. The car does not leak, nor does it smoke when driven hard.

How 'bout RUST. Really hurts value. I bought my (kinda) rusty '79 240d with 84k on the clock for $1650. No repairs that I can tell, other than the right front fender MAY have replaced at some point. The paint looks like an ever so slightly different shade of red. Nobody has ever noticed it though, almost imperceptible. My 240 is manual tranny, windows, climate control like yours.
My MB-TEX is in 9/10 shape. Only a couple little blemishes and one little tear in the drivers seat. Also, I bought the car in Missouri. Hope this helps. I do feel like I spent a bit much though, I do love my car, but I think I could have found a similar one for a little less.

The car has no rust at all. It started life in CA, and I purchased it in FL.

Other than the drivers seat, the interior is perfect. There are no cracks in the dash, and the windshield is the original. (Still has a perfect MB sticker in it).
