I have owned up to nine cars at the high (IIRC). So far I have never actually lost one....
But I have had dreams of such an occurrance. A recurring dream, in fact. I loved your story though, CArrowmeow. Another classic tale. Tom W

When I was in college, I used to lose my VW bug on a regular basis. Mostly because I couldn't remember at which bar I had left it. Sooner or later, one of my friends would tell me.

Great story! My fleet is at five but having moved from SoCal to KY I now have 30 acres of room for more. I "browse" here, Craig's List and the local area. My wife actually made a comment that she wished I had a girlfriend because that would be cheaper and less competition for her.
A question for all of you fleet owners -- how do you maintain/manage insurance, registration, etc? I currently have a 300TDT uninsured for my 14 year old daughter to tool around the property and learn the basics. The Vette is getting a brake upgrade in the garage so I took off the insurance on it. Parts cars are easy to handle -- find a place to park 'em and don't worry about registration or insurance. But what about the occasional driver cars? Ideas welcome. .....Dan
