Heavy black smoke...

upon accelleration. ran one tank WVO, then the last three tanks have been diesel/addative. filters? or messed up pump?

Black smoke means too rich air/fuel mixture, maybe due to your disabled ALDA. I wouldn't think fuel filters would be the culprit, but perhaps the air filter.
