What about you? One person e-mailed before you wanting the car and one showed up in person before either of you and bought the car.

You keep blaming us like it's our fault. Cars sell, some sell quicker than others. If you call somebody asking if their car is still for sale and find out the guy who called 5 minutes before you bought it, do track down the the guy that bought it and whine at him for getting the car before you could call the seller?

Get over it. You didn't get the car. Instead of wasting the last hour whining about it here, you could have called or e-mailed a dozen people and asked them to buy their car.

I can't understand why two new members signed up here because they were so upset about missing a deal on a car they never saw. That wasn't the last old MB ever for sale. I looked at and missed about 10 deals before I landed my wagon.

The cheapest one is $2200, and one is $8900.

I need one for less than 1200. Find one for me, Lance, since you deprived me from one that was $750.

Ok, Joe. Now I understand who you really are. I have not deprived you or anyone else of diddly squat and as a consequence don't owe a darn thing to either of you. Get over it, get a life, and keep looking for a car until you find one that you can buy.

As for the car Joe was selling, it's sold and is no longer on the market to be purchased. It's as simple as that. If you can't get that into your head, well....

Who else hates Lance? Not anyone I've seen in any forum I've been on. Except for maybe the guy that this thread is about. If you are looking to buy an old MB for less than $1200, make sure you have another 1-2k for repairs that you will need.
