white smoke 300d
I need help about my 300D. When I start the engine it runs but emitts a lot of whitish smoke. When I try to rev the engine, it is not as smooth sounds rough. What should I do? I tried the IP adjustment by twisting the IP but seems that the adjustment is so small about less than an inch.
I cant locate the bolt to make the IP push a less diesel to the nozzle, cant seem to find it. The engine is maual transmission, I also have an automatic but the IP is differfent. With the IP of the automatic, I found the adjustment for the rich to lean fuel mixture but with the manual transmission fitted engine I cannot. Can somebody help me on this. If the rough running and smoke goes away when the engine gets warm, check your injection timing via the drip tube method. Remember there are 4 bolts that hold the IP in place.
