seat question

Are w126 seats suppose to be softer than w123? I have a 126 parts car and the seats are springy-er that my w123. No lean, just alot more bounce. My w123 are hard as a rock:rolleyes:

From my recollection, the W126 seats are softer than the W123. Of course, each vehicle will vary due to things such as leather or Tex, condition, etc.

I recently rebuilt the SD's seat and it has 1" of memory foam above the new horsehair pad...........now that's comfy.:)

I think I'm gonna swap out the seats and put the 126's in my 123. Now I know this may sound strange to some of you, but the springs in the 123 are too firm:rolleyes:. kinda like sitting on a park bench. Ask jshadows......he sat on them and his eyes about popped. I just need a little more cushin down there

I'm not sure, the rear seats in my TD are anything but firm and they were rarely used until I bought it.
