What is the trick to get the bearing lined up to get them back on the spindle?
Got the new rotor put on using loctite and 115 nm torque. Put in the rear bearing and got the seal set as far as it would go. Cleaned the spindle put a light coat of grease on it then tried to put the wheel hub back on but can't get in on all the way. With the other bearing I can get it on with out the hub but it is real tight and has to be just right. So how do you align the bearing in the wheel hub to get it on the spindle? What is the trick?

If you are experiencing resistance when installing the hub, it could be that the grease seal needs a little encouragement to slide over the shoulder where it makes contact. Installing the outer bearing should provide all the "alignment" that is necessary.

Got it put back together.
Thank you everyone for your input, I got it put back together and it is running better than ever. Will see how long that lasts.
