Any use Mighty VS7 Power 2D before?

Any one ever heard of or use this stuff? I seen it at Midas today and was debating weather or not it will work.

on the box it says to remove the air filter and spray this stuff in the intake while the engine is running and vary the RPM's while doing it.

Power 2D - For Diesel Engines!

Mighty VS7 Power 2D cleans the total fuel system, including intake valve seats, compression chambers, fuel injectors and fuel lines in two easy steps. Power 2D helps return compression to factory levels increasing power and performance while protecting against carbon build-up and reducing emissions.

Step One
Mighty VS7 Total Intake Cleaner provides complete intake and upper engine system cleaning utilizing advanced SYNTEUM-FI™ Technology. The unique aerosol applicator simplifies application through the vehicle's air intake system.

Step Two
Mighty VS7 Diesel Fuel Injector Cleaner cleans injectors, conditions seals, increases fuel stability, stops power loss and disperses water in diesel fuel systems, protecting against oxidation and corrosion, passing the multiple Cummins L10 Test with a superior rating.

so I guess I'm gonna be the guinea pig

Looks like snake oil. I generaly dislike any additive. I can only think of a handfull of fuel additives that almost seem to work.

well what lead me to this is, ive never seen one that you spray in the intake, if you read the MSDS in the link it looks like it has either in the intake spray.

Not snake oil, I'm sure the aerosol will clean the hell out of your intake manifold and possibly/probably the combustion chambers...

do you have an egr? if your intake manifold airways were as filthy and caked with oily soot as mine, you might want to reconsider before running that thru your engine.

You are gonna smoke the heck out of the area, so you might want to do it at night, and do they reccomend changing the oil after?

I'd skip the injector cleaner part and just get this...

Aerosol in a diesel engine.. or any engine.. doesn't seem smart...stick with Diesel Kleen and that other one we recommend...diesel purge.. thats the stuff

From reading the msds, it appears to be mostly ether (as a propellant/dispersant?) I'd go slow and read the instructions carefully.
