There are no vacuum lines in the driver's door.
The problem could be the supply selector valve or sequence switch at the pump. It determines whether vacuum or pressure is routed to the lock actuators. Last edited by tangofox007; 09-02-2007 at 09:43 PM. |

Oh. So the 126 is not controlled the same way as a 123?

No. The 126 has an electric pump. It locks the doors with pressure and unlocks with vacuum, so there are no lines that can be reversed. There is an electric switch in the driver's door which controls the pump.

I doen't remember if its vacumn to lock or unlock but it sounds like the wires to the vac/pressure pump in the trunk might be reversed so when you lock the drivers door it has the opposit effect on the rest of the doors. I would check the plug going to the pump to see if the wires are crossed up.
