123 300d Axle R&R for parts

Ok Guys , I'm cutting up a 1985 300d Turbo and I'm at the point of taking apart the rear axle's out..I took the back pan off the carrier and pulled the C-clips and cut the housing in 1/2 to pull the passenger axle ..Only reason I did this is because it was junk and has been welded by someone drunk I think..the other side looks as if it has been replaced not long ago so I want to save that one..anyway my question is once you take the caliper off and I'm wondering how you pull the axle away from the carrier and the housing not mention how you get the boots off without wrecking them..If anyone needs any of these parts I will sell then cheep plus shipping , I also have the turbo motor that is complete and the trans , They both worked good including the turbo ,It would be a good idea to replace the pan and valve cover gaskets and tranny will need new filter and pan gasket it would be good idea to put a new front seal in too..I want $300.00 for both and must be picked up..I'm in the milwaukee area..I would like this car out of my garage before winter sets in so I can start working on my 240d..Besides all that Im getting to old to be cutting cars up like this in my garage

thanks

Undo the 13mm bolt inside the brake disc and tap the end of axle shaft in.
It pops out from behind the brake rotor.
Then slide axle out from carrier.
