Manifold suction hose where metal attaches to manifold to compressor was broken in two by something from under car while driving..We Brazed the metal back onto the manifold, backed up w/ jp weld? sanded lightly hooked up to new dryer/exp/and same compressor..VIOLA!!! A/C AGAIN!!
Its still not as cold as I want..(100' days here) at vents..but we also pried open middle vents and what a difference that made. Next time....fix correctly behind dash certainly...
