In the ETM, in the throttle control section for 116.120 chassis throttle linkage adjustments.

there is this special adjusting sleeve, and I would like to know the approximate dimensions so I can properly and accurately adjust my linkages...

I don't know the answer but you could make your own approximate dimensions from the picture - assuming you know on to which part the special tool is slipped on: Measure the bit it goes on to and assume a clearance fit. Then scale up the dimensions from the picture you attached in post #1.
