Yeah I saw this one too the other day. It will probably go higher than it's worth, at least to me. To me the fact that it was owned by a "little old lady" is more of a negative rather than a selling point. Typically little old ladies don't know squat about cars and idiot lights or gauges mean nothing to them. Also the fact that the lady "was only using the car to go to the store about a mile from her home since 1991" doesn't sound very good to me - lots of cold, low-speed driving is bad for the engine, and the rust bubble on the hood should have been taken care of years ago. Notice also the car is running hot, near 100C, even though it's a flat road.
