It also had headlight wipers, and sprayers! I never knew there were sprayers down there to. It was a swank car. I totally lied on the ground and studied the underbelly. It had seen a road or two, slight rusting at the jack holes.

bigbillyboy 09-13-2007 02:11 PM

how do you like it.

This would seem to be a great car....5spd. How do you like it? what sort of economy? is it a 2.2 liter 602?

I WOULD like to see that.

While we wait for pics, here is a link to the MBUSA museum site. Check it out if you haven't seen it.

It's a very nice car. It has a 2.5 liter turbo. As for economy I don't really babysit it so my economy is not that good. I get an average of around 27.7mpg in the winter to around 18.8 mpg in the summer with a/c.

The best I've had it so far has been 36mpg on a long trip, but it wasn't on an highway. It was mainly in 3rd and 4th. On the highway on the same trip averaged 31.4mpg but the speed was min 56mph and max 123mph. Average speed was around 80mph.

At 56mph I'm sitting at about 1900rpm in 5th.

Its the grey wagon.

Chad300tdt 09-14-2007 09:03 AM

Wow, those are great pics. The grey wagon is very cool. The buses behind it are awesome. I need to get to the museum myself, looks like a worthy trip.
