IP fuel rod and two pistons stuck?

The first and the third pistons in the IP don't move. I've lightly pushed them down a few times but they still aren't going up and down on there own when cranking the engine over. I also noticed that the fuel rod(?) doesn't move when the cable is pulled to turn the motor over. I'm assuming this is my fuel delivery problem.

Is there any kind of fix for the rod and the pistons?

What would cause that, water in the fuel?, are you using Bio D, or WVO?

if the ip (pistons are called Elements) elements are seized, you can try using laquor thinner and pouring abit into each one and moving it up and down. it will knock like crazy the first time you start it up but it wont hurt anything.

seized

The car and engine sat for about thirteen years is the reason why the ip is seized up.
I put a new battery and cleaned the ground and the motor turned after about three pulls on the knob.

I've replaced the fuel filters and return injector lines. I'm wearing the skin bear on my thumbs from pumping the fuel bleeder pump like a mad man.

is there any way to free up the fuel rod?
