i think its were that #14 line runs into that #20 part if i am looking at it correctly ...? it looks like a plastic piece seated in a cast part , it is right above the motor mount... there is about 4 inches of rubber line after the inline filter that goes into this part ...it is the supply line

If you are talking about the end cover of the thermostat, it is part number 6010780016. This is the part that has the fuel line elbow. I am not sure though that it is a serviceable item that can be changed on the bench but it does have a snap ring to hold it in place. Order a new seal as well (o-ring). Part number 0119973948. Careful when you remove the lock ring as there is a spring inside that will want to push the cover out away from the body of the thermostat.

Best of luck.

Well, the thermostat itself is only about twenty bucks. I'm sure you could purchase the entire housing assembly but it would be pointless unless somehow what you've got is damaged beyond repair. If the end cap and o-ring are leaking, start with that - replacing the thermostat if you really chose to while you're into it. My guess is that the solution is in a new o-ring and end cap (if the elbow on the end cap has a small crack perhaps...)
