brake pedal stays at fllor board?300d model

i just changed out the vacuum pump on a 300d model my car now turns off without doing it manually i also replaced the booster since i did not know witch one it was but after doing all that when i press my brakes to stop it stops quick now but the pedal stays to the floor unless i pull it up with my foot does any one kn ow what could be the cause and how to fix it

Did you bleed the master cylinder and all of the brake lines? It sounds like you have a lot of air in the system.

i did when i changed the booster a month ago wasnt sure if i needed to after the vac pump

Reconnect the return spring near the top of the brake pedal arm.
