Sudden rough idle 83 300D
 

My son is driving my 300D and called to tell me that it is idling really rough. When he is a highway speed, it pretty much smooths out and seems to accelerate normally. I changed both fuel filters last week. Car has 258k and has always run great. Could this be an injector problem and should it cause any damage to drive it the rest of the week like this?

Injector probably. Damage only to your engine mounts..
