The flag is situated on a hill top, above the old church "Obispado". It's an incredible 360 degree view of the city, and the over 5 million inhabitants. Too bad the morning was hazy with humidity.

Cool pic. Ironically we are currently planning the possible combo of an MB diesel (family car) and smart. LOL.
(I was thinking possibly a TDi but with VWs reliability and costs I may as well get a Mercedes!)
