That's simple to solve: Get another car or other cars. I have lots of them. Most of them MB and Chryslers. I really liked it when it was Diamler Chrysler. P E H |

Its very tempting. I hate the thoughts of: starting that poor diesel multiple times per day in the freezing cold, driving it in the horrid salt....and the potential to get hit by an idiot that can't drive in the snow. We'll see....I'm looking around for a deal of some sort.

I only have $70 in the Jetta. Bet that car costs me less than $300 total to drive until April.
You can get cheap cars out their, Saturn's are pretty cheap.

Hatterasguy,
I had $1600 total in the 300SD beater I just junked.. It lasted 8 years , 70,000+ miles and averaged 28 MPG. And there are hundreds of dollars of parts left in it. That'w what I call an economy car. P E H |

Damn, I was just hoping to get two winters out of that Jetta, about 12k miles for $500. Then selling it for $800.
I did the same thing with my 300SD and it cost me nothing, maybe $100 to drive over two winters.
