Tach not working, Where does the penny go?
I saw that trick here somewhere but now I cannot find it. Does anyone know where to put the penny? Pics would be nice for my dumb a$$.

Theres an amplifier on the left fender under the bonnet (drivers side) its about 6 inches high.Just unscreew the top part and insert all the money you want!

Once you remove the tach-amp, you have to take off the plastic cover (the part that actually screws the amp to the receptacle). This will take a bit of twisting & tugging. Then you insert a penny or round piece of plastic. This gives you a little more bite on the threads to the receptacle. In the end, I have heard, this is just a temporary fix.
