CCU not fuctioning at all

The CCU in my 300SDL has totally quit(no air flow). I checked the fuses in the fuse panel and they all looked fine. The CCU is "suppose" to be a rebuild. Any suggestions where to start? Could I wire it to stay on all the time? It is getting cold and a little heat would be nice.
Thanks
A

Before you replaced the CCU - did the car have the same symptoms?

No. It worked with the replacement CCU during the summer, became intermittent and now does not work at all. It just seems odd that it does not blow any air at all.

Have you ruled out the blower regulator. blower motor, and/or temp sensor as suspect problems? Check your PM's (private mail)

Also,
The circulating light(button next to rear defrost) is blinking.
TX76513, do you know how to test the blower regulator. blower motor, and/or temp sensor? I will search the forum to see if anyone has any tips.
Thanks

Blower motor

You can test the motor by unplugging its cord and connecting the motor terminals directly to 12 Volts. If it runs, the problem is elsewhere. If it sparks but does not blow, the motor is frozen. If it doen's even spark, there's an open circuit somewhere inside the blower motor.

Do you know the best way to access the blower motor?
Thanks
