Heading home from work and decided to ck the steering fluid.

Any fluid work???

Oh an english car story.
Had a Lotus Cortina as a young buck. The master cyl. was low I threw some good ole Locheed fluid in it. The pedal went down once and stayed.
When I took the master apart that fluid had attacked the natural rubber, and the "O" ring jumped out the size of a donut. Only purple castrol after that.
