1980 300d automatic goes forward in park,neutral D,&L
 

1980 300d goes forward in park,neutral D,&L. Doesn't move in S or Reverse. I tried this for reverse http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/diesel-discussion/151936-my-300sd-wont-go-into-reverse.html?highlight=REVERSE+BAND and after tighting all the way I backed it out in 1/2 turn increments until I got to about 3 1/2 to 4 full turns. I had to lower the trans at trans mount to get to it. No reverse.
But forward in Park,Neutral I can't figure it out. In drive it seems to start in 2nd. It goes so slow. Where i use to hit 55mph I only get 25mph. About a block & 1/2. At 25 or 30 it shifts into 3rd and drives fine to 4th and on. Any tranny Kings out there.

Is there a B2, B3 or K-1 kit needed here. Ray
