5 nozzles are on there way to you. They should fit through the door slot with your regular mail.

needed - used 617 and 60X nozzles

Thanks. Very much appreciated and we shall start the evaluation very quickly. A lot to do and to figure out but I still think it is a worthy project.

In another recent thread someone stated that the nozzles you buy from the MB dealer are of original quality. In the past I have heard that they are Bosch, made in India nozzles. Things change, maybe worth a look.

Hardness for the basket portion of the injector is in now as well. Average of 700 HV (Hardness Vickers) and thats approximately 52 HRC (Hardness Rockwell C)
