I have h2o in the rear seats foot area,i think it may be coming in from the from glass rubber seal,could this be?

I'll bet if you check under your battery box, you'll find it is rusted. If you spray water into this area, it will wind up in your back seat. Strange but true. Check it out and if that is your source, just clean out the hole and fill it with silicone sealant.

Worked for me.
