'86 300 SDL headlight bulb replacement(Low beam)
HEllo all,
Thanks in advance to all those with pertinent info. Do I need to remove the whole headlight assembly just to replace the bulb? On the engine side of the headlight are some removeable panels that dont seem to pertain to the bulb i need to replace. There is a screw (nut)?? on top of the light through the radiator support, do I remove this???? Other than that I dont know what to attempt???? '86 300 SDL 184, 000 km Desert Sand (  Love this car sooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!)

I haven't ever done this before; however, I'll look and see if I can help. It looks to me like the front cover must be removed; then the headlamp; then the bulb comes out of the rear of the headlamp. Just guessing.

For US Version HeadlightsNo just remove the bulb holder. Remove electrical connector, turn clamping ring counter-clockwise. Wiggle bulb holder a little to aid in removal.

As said above for US lights their is a panal in the back that pops out.
