This is getting out of hand ,Im in the market place for no more cars but I still find them and wont tell not even my closest friends about them.Heres the list so far,87 190d, 2 300sds sitting side by side,2 300tds ,and a nice 300d .Whats your I SPY CARS.

I recently went to look at an advertised 84 300D with 114,000 miles for $3500. When I got there the car was in the driveway and the garage was closed. I asked the old guy why he was selling and he told me he had to many cars, his wife didn't drive and his daughter had moved away. I asked what oter cars he had and he opened the garage and had a 1985 black 300 SD with 80,000 miles said he wanted $7,000 for it and a 1982 green near mint 300SD with only 45,000 miles he was asking $8,000 for. All three cars had seat covers and the seats looked like new underneath. I am still trying to decide on these cars and will keep you posted.

I'd sure like the opportunity to see, and or bid on the two garaged ones.

Stay away from my garage! Its full and none are for sale

Heck, I see so many cars FS I pass on all of them. I really wish I had nabbed the 260Se with a 5-speed transmission, or the 320E that was mint and went for $3500, or that gorgeous 350SD that needed a new engine, the seller wanted $2500 for it (leather sets were probably worth half of that) I would have put a 603 in it

There are lots of Benzs in the Bay Area.

I was driving down the interstate and I SPIED a W116 and a W123 under a 4 car "carport". There was a 3rd car under there and a bunch of misc stuff but I went by too fast. The W116 might have been something different. I have to go check them out closer, soon. Very soon.

3 300cd-s in the Houston area on craigslist. just don't fell like driving down to Houston. "All good drivable cars,78 is brown $1700 ,83 is lt blue $2600 ,84 is drk blue $2200 ..near the woodlands ,45 minutes north of houston"

'82 300D in China Blue, I suspect from the description of powder blue. Not listed for sale, but the owner would be happy to let it go for about $1500 to a good home, I hear. I'm not telling any of you where it is!

I have yet to lay eyes on it, but a the car belonged to the grandmother of one of my wife's friends. The grandmother kept it indoors since new while she was alive, and now it resides under a carport, and was driven until recently. The steering is apparently a little loose feeling, but that could just be personal opinion of the wife's friend, since they're of the rack and pinion generation, as the car is apparently in very nice condition inside and out.

We might just end up buying it if it's as nice as it sounds.

Check out craigslist Agusta,GA. 1986 300D blown engine (maybe you'll get lucky and he just means it has a turbo) Free towing to your house! My garage can't handle another project at the moment so this one is up for grabs.

be carefull... I found an 85 SD with low miles, the guy wanted to sell it cheap, but it had to sit.... the house burned down, and the car got hauled to the junkyard after the fire took out the top/interior/engine.....
I am interested in the nice cars in the SC garage... where in SC?
