No Power

My 300 D has decent power until I hit around 30mph and it tries to shift gears. If I am going up even the slightest little hill it just crawls. I have had this car for a couple of months now but this is definitely the worst it has been. Also, if I am on the interstate it will max out at about 55mph unless I am going downhill(even just a slight downhill grade).

Change the Fuel Filters and do a diesel purge that should help alot. also get the valves adjusted if they haven't been for awhile, its the winter it will help anyway. also try to clean the banjo bolt its probably clogged.

I just got down changing both of the filters earlier today. I will doa purge tomorrow. How do I adjust the banjo bolt? I just got my valves adjusted recently.
