Well you replaced all the failure parts. As long as a bearing or something major doesn't let go, you should be good.

Eventually the compression will get low, at that point it will make sense to rebuild or replace the engine. I'm not going to do just the top end at 400K+ miles. I haven't checked the compression, but it still starts OK in the cold.

Cold starting is the real test. Once it gets hard to start, or the oil pressure starts to drop then its time.
