Delo 400 every 5000 miles or 6 months, this goes for all my vehicles including the motorcycle and genset. Only the Accord gets Mobil-I as it has been like that since the very beginning.

I have 5w-40 synthetic in the 300D. I forget the brand. The bottles were blue.

In the 240D I have 15w-40 Delo. Considering the temperatures we've had here lately, I think I should have gone with the 5w-40 when I changed the oil last.

If you are not getting any starting problems, stick with Delo 400 or switch to Delvac-1 or Delo synthetic for winters.
