I saw that boat in Wilmington, NC last year. It's pretty cool, no doubt about it.

HELLO,

The lady's love the fins. I so want one of those boats. Plus I own a biodiesel business, so I can at least get the fuel at a good price. Anyone know how many miles to the gallon it gets? LOL

I visited this craft last year in Monterey and met the crew. The tail fins are functional parts having to do with air intake and exhaust. The boat is designed to pierce waves rather than always riding over them.
Read more at Earthrace.net. According to the website, it's also on Myspace. Steve

The question no one has asked... What does the exhaust smell like?! I'm afraid to know!

A very distasteful mental image popped into my head regarding fuel theft.

Suppose you need a little extra fuel to get home, and there's a fat chick in the cubicle next to where you work. How to lift some fuel off her..... ? Will we have rogue liposuction machines?

Ever been to a Walmart? There is thousand of gallons of untapped
resources in there just walking around. the place is a fat magnat.
