My 1991 350 SDL I plan on servicing my transmission next oil change and want to drain the torque converter. I would like detailed info on draining the torque converter. Thanks in advance for info on doing this.

there is a drain on the torque converter that is basically identical to the one on the pan, you just need to rotate the engine by hand until the plug appears in the little window infront of the pan area, on a side note, if you loosen the transmission cooler line on the drivers side at the transmission before you drain it it will drain much faster, just remember not to remove the banjo bolt completely, and do not forget to tighten it when you are done.
