This applies to DN0 SD 261 & 265 (two popular examples)

1-50 = $19.70 ea.
51-100 = $17.50 ea.
100+ = $16.00 ea.

For bulk purchase of springs and shim sets, please inquire.

I recall reading a thread on this forum a while back that said one should run new nozzles a while prior to testing. Is that not true?

10,000 Km or 6200 miles. Adjust if necessary per FSM.

Attn: Monark users, please recheck at break in mileage

I need a Bosch part number IE: DN 0 SD 293 (cross reference) OR model, MONTH and year the engine was made, displacement in liters, USA or other spec.

Also Some IH, Case, Caterpillar, Allis Chalmers, Massey-Ferguson, Deutz, and even Sulzer cargo ship engine fuel systems.

Update Today

They are here after a two week hold in customs.
Nozzles, heat shields, springs, pressure shims and a small number of 617 injectors ready to install. Also, a few VW 1.6L nozzles and shields.

Sean-

I installed your Monarks on my 300D and they are sweet. IMO, a better choice nowadays than Bosios or Indian Bosch.

What makes these a better choice over Bosio? I am only able to score the Monarks on my end for the 616/7.

Are they available for the 603 also? If not, are Bosio the better choice?

Monark makes them for all except CDI. I have them in my own 603 - nothing but kudos here. I also have the springs, shims and heat shields.

Monark makes their own tooling and controls their whole manufacturing process in house. They are ISO9001 and TUV certified. (TUV is the German national technical certification association.) The best part is Monark SD nozzles = $19.70
Bosio = ~$30.00+ Bosio makes a good product but if you have the choice, why pay more?

Hrm, interesting. Do you have a full breakdown of the part number for the 603 injectors? They're low on my list as my 603 runs like a champ. I've checked with three of my suppliers and I can only get the Bosch in the 603... :-/ Not sure what to think as they are probably crap

But SD ones will happen quick as I just nabbed a spare set for cheap cheap and am curious what's left in my 617 power wise.
