It's a bit worn for that mileage, but it looks to be intact and has good potential to be restored well back to its former glory. I had an identical 81 300TD originally painted Light Ivory like yours - but it was repainted burgundy by the previous owner, and had 370k miles but obviously showed it, and didn't have the 3rd row seat and rear headrests.
