Selling my 82 300SD and I need a value
 

I have a 300SD that I'm going to sell and buy a car for my daughter. She just can't drive something that big...(don't ask). SO, I'm trying to figure out what to ask for it. It has rust behind the passenger's wheel well but I'll tack weld in a new piece when I receive it. Other than that it's good. New pads, shocks, AC works, new (used) ACC, new tires,wipers, new glass seals. The only problems are interior wood is cracked and the passener's seat doesn't move (I suspect the switch) and it will need an oil cooler line replaced which I have. It has 228K.

So any thoughts?

I sold my 83 300SD on ebay last year for $2400.

Everything worked, including air and cruise. CD radio, nice tires.
Very clean cosmetically, except for a cracked dash, and minor dent in driver's door.

No rust at all.
