no ,this is for 1983 300d very outer one peice clear plastic light cover ,square shaped or rectangle with a small flange to wrap around the side of the headlight.

yea... thats it... "Headlight Door" ... they don't just sell the clear plastic to go over the fins...

prepare to pay $65-70 a side.. more for the drivers side

some one should have these with me having to pay for a full set so please let me know, also where would i get the set from ? for 83 300d

Unless you're gunning for a prize at Amelia Island, see what's available in the parts forum. IIRC, you can use the headlight door off any 78-85 US spec 230, 240D, 280E/CE, 300D/CD/TD.
