my dad just e-mailed me a scan of this card they sent him.

because the government Hates old cars as much as I HATE the GOVERNMENT
and they HATE Diesels. because better fuel economy and soot that falls to the ground is so much worse the exhaust gases that eat holes in the atmosphere.

This makes me want to move to Mexico.

sounds like you are safe, it excludes most non-commercial private-use vehicles, unless your falls into the "other than most" catagory

yeah but I'm the minority in this state I vote every chance I get. but i hardly ever see what I want happening downtown.

Californians are the biggest reason I haven't moved to California. I love the weather/scenery etc., but no way would I live amongst those wackos. If anyone should be denied the right to self govern, it's Californians.
