I went to the local salvage yard today and pulled 9 injectors. The first 4 were from a 240D they read GERMANY (060) KCA30S35/4 246 115 bar

The next five were from a 3.0 L 5 cylinder. The body was completely wrecked, everything else was nice. The odometer read 110,000 miles.
One injector read BOSCH GERMANY 646 (060) KCA 30S46 115bar

The other 4 have a little rubber type band around them that I riped off. They read GERMANY (060) KCA30S35/4 342 435 bar

My 190D have injectors in that say BOSCH GERMANY 646 (060) KCA 30S46 115bar just like the one from the 3.0L

Will any of the injectors work? That I can use.

Another thing that I found is a Mercedes first aid kit with everything in it. That that worth any thing?

first aid kit, for which class?

I have about.. 4 for my W123 ( two normal , a german market version and a plastic bag version)

The ones with the plastic bands are rebuilts.
I think that it is supposed to read 135bar (for a turbocharged engine at 1957.6psi) not 435ba5 (that would indicate an injector opening pressure of 6307.5 psi) which is too high of a pressure for that type of injector. The 115 bar injectors are for engines that are not turbo charged.

The injectors should be tested before you can tell if they could be used again. Also dried up diesel fuel can cause the parts inside to stick togeather.

Also will those 240D injectors work

Turbo injectors take longer to build pressure which should retard timing IIRC...I'd recommend against it.

Take the year and models of the various cars that these injectors came off of or will be used on. Go to some internet parts sellers and see if the part numbers of the spray nozzles match (interchange). I believe the spray nozzles are the same for turbo and non-turbo and the turbo injectors can have their opening pressures adjusted by changeing to thinner shims inside of the injector (with a nozzle tester/POP tester). As I said you will need to have these injectors tested on a pop testor anyway to be sure the spray nozzles are good.
When I bought my 84 300D it had what looked like tha origional injectors. At 197,000 miles the metal area of the spray nozzle not covered by the heat shield and around the pintels had been burning away. When I did a pop test on them I found that they were dribbling when I did the 200psi below the opening pressure test. In short while the engine was running (rough at idle though) the injectors' spray nozzles were no good. The used injectors that are so called "running pulls" that you see on Ebay are no indication that the injctors should be reused. Mine could have been called running pulls.
If there is no visable damage; no one can tell you by looking at an injector if it is good or bad; even brand new spray nozzles are sometimes no good (another reason to have them tested).

I guess you can use the body and parts (if they are not damaged) of any of the injectors except the nozzle. If you want good performance I would recommend to install new nozzles and calibrate the recommended pop pressure within 5 bar.
