glow plug thermal timer

I have a 1996 e300d mercedes.If my glow plug thermal relay went bad that screws into my head on my motor would my glow plugs stay lit or would they not light at all.Also would i see any thing funky going on with the glow plug light inside the car.Any help would be greatly apreciated thanks alot

Asking a question usually helps us help you.

Perhaps you could rephrase your "sentence" into something with a question in it?

there are two in there... they just don't have a question mark (?) at the end of them...
