Correct injector socket for 99 E300D OM606
 

Do you have to have a 22mm socket with the cut out as shown on this site.

Or will any 22mm socket that is deep enough do to job for removeing injectors from 99 E300D OM606?
If any 22mm socket deep enough will work how many inches deep will it need to be?

You can get the socket from the dealer or Phil. The problem is clearance, a thin walled Snap On would probably work.
