Help Please Need part Identification

I have this Fuse link and not sure what it is for and what goes in it can someone ID this?

I took it to a Mercedes repair shop and they said it was something from factory but they wanted $65.00 to pull up the schematics for the car.

Possibly an alarm.

definately not original, maybe a cell phone or other audio device??
