turbo emblem on euro 300td
 

Id like to know if euro td's say diesel on rear hatch.I see the 300td on one but was wandering if the non turbo euro models also say diesel.

The Euro W123 300D carried, in Europe, only the 300D script , on the left side of the trunk/tailgate.

Even that could be factory de-badged (as a factory "option").

My euro is a turbo and it says TurboDiesel (well it did until my lift gate got smashed)

Mine is also a euro, but came debadged as an option.

Debadging is optioon code #260, used frequently in Germany (and called the anti-terrorist/anti hijacking option there).

It is a no cost option. Only the model designation script on the rear of the vehicle is removed, when the option is selected, NEVER the Mercedes Benz hood star (that would be like a cat without its whiskers!!!):D:)
