Duval now charging $145 for electronic keys

I had read here and elsewhere that I could get a key for my 98 W210 for $115 from Duval motors in Florida. I got a quote from them today for $145, apparently the price has gone up. They are however the cheapest I have found so far. Local dealer wants $190+ I already contacted formymercedes.com, they don't do keys. I also tried another online OEM parts site, can't remember the name, but their site was down and the phone # shown went unanswered. Anyone have any other suggestions? I have email Phil but not heard back yet.

They have taken their site down. AFAIK, it's a phone call or an e-mail now to get prices and parts.

I bought the keys from Duval a year ago. This was their quote for the parts:

The remote (20376670069999) is $105.00
The blade (20376601069999) is $17.25

http://www.mbeugene.com/ou/eugene-mercedesbenz/console.do?page=s_parts_order_parts

Try these guys. The key comes up at $126 from them. Prices do go up. Weak dollar and all.

Maybe Duval has also lowered their discount amount. I don't know as I haven't ordered anything from them in a couple of months.

My new one was $154 total with tax from my local dealer... I wonder why there would be such a difference from dealer to dealer...

They can charge whatever mark-up they want. The price can vary from dealer to dealer.
