1987 300D for TheDon

I saw this one on cars.com recently. I don't feel like making the drive, so go get it, Joe!

Thanks - I've edited the link, and as I type this, it's still working.

In case my new link becomes invalid later, here are the pictures in all their glory:

The custom grill kills it for me.

Perhaps a colormatched oem grill would look better

If it were closer, not in a salt-air environment, and the interior isn't butchered, for the price it sure seems worth the effort to make it right again. I'll bet it's not leather either.

I'd rather have it without that body kit...

Bmw Suck?

Either a W123, 124 or 126 makes a good Diesel choice IMO. Pick the one best for you.

All of them saw service as taxis in Germany.

I noticed that you people in Florida sure have a rich and wonderful plethora of personalized license plate designs if you wanted to get them. Pretty amazing.

I recently put in application for one, that would say BMW SUK but everyone here thinks the Calif DMV censors won't let that one get issued. I already paid the fee for it.

Nowadays the word "sucks" seems pretty tame. I wouldn't think they'd care.

I've seen a Michigan plate on a car that said "BMW SUK".....so....I guess we just let things slide more around here.

You may have already found it, but here's the index of Florida specialty license plates - and here's a report on the revenue generated from them.

Thats right out of a section 8 complex.

If you could get it for $500 so you can remove all the crap, provided it drives well. The front bumper looks like its mostly bondo.

Holy raid on Kmart.

Would have to find a bunch of parts to replace that crap but it could be nice. Low miles and all (if the odo is rite)
