This is a two year old post and specific to Minneapolis--

While I believe your comment is true for disposable american and asian vehicles, my statement still stands regard Mercedes, no lock smith has a clue in Mpls over the aforementioned shops, and I would include Sears Imported Autos as a go to as well. The locksmith isn't going to be able to correct the fuel door problem either.

The vacuum latch on the fuel door isn't a locksmith item, the keys are steal not brass and the only place in the country that cuts them is Benz in Maryland and the cylinders are brass and Benz doesn't sell the pins or parts, so what posible good is a locksmith in Mpls going to do for this problem? None other than take your money.
